Grunwerg branded deep frying and sweet making thermometer. It has strong but lightweight borosilicate glass material with dual Fahrenheit (in black text) and Celsius (in red text) readings and an adjustable pan clip that can slide down to the required temperature marker.
The clip means it can be clipped to pans making it ideal for monitoring or reaching a particular temperature level for things like jam. The temperature ranges from 25°C to 205°C (or 77°F to 400°F).
