Baker and Salt branded thirty three centimetre pizza crisper oven trays. Suitable for cooking fresh or frozen pizzas in the oven, the ventilation holes allow heat to bake the entire crust creating crisper pizza crusts. Although designed for pizzas the tray could also be used to cook oven chips.
Made from carbon steel with a double non-stick coating, it has an internal diameter of thirty and a half centimetres. Oven safe up to two hundred and thirty degrees (gas mark eight).
The preserve the non-stick coating and appearance we recommend lightly greasing or oiling the surface before each use.
Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, fridge and freezer safe.
