Large oval shaped self basting non-stick roasting dish made from carbon steel with an enamel finish. Suitable for roasting joints of meat, poultry and vegetables. Features a large removable lid and internal metal rack which can also be removed. Oven safe up to 230°C, 450°F or gas mark 8. Suitable for hand washing only, not microwave or dishwasher safe.
